Cancellation Policy

1. Payment and Class Access: • All classes will be conducted via Zoom. • Payment must be made at the start of each month. Once payment is completed, please send a screenshot as confirmation. You will then be added to the group where the Zoom link is shared. No one will be added to the group without prior payment. • Payment is on a monthly basis, covering the entire month. Fees will not be carried forward to subsequent months if classes are missed. 2. Per Session Fees: • If you prefer to pay on a per-session basis rather than monthly, the fees are as follows: • Offline Class: ₹750 per session • Online Class: ₹500 per session 3. Teacher and Class Policy: • Classes are conducted by our team of instructors. Kindly show equal respect to all teachers. • Each student is allowed to attend only one class per day. 4. Invoicing: • For GST invoices, please provide your billing name, billing address, and GST number at the time of payment. 5. Payment Terms: • Partial payments are not permitted. Full payment is required at the beginning of each month to secure access to the classes. • Payments are non-refundable. Once payment is made for the month, it is non-transferable and cannot be refunded, regardless of whether the student attends all classes. 6. Liability and Waiver: • By making a payment, students acknowledge that they are participating in classes at their own risk and understand the potential risks involved in physical activities. Students waive all rights to claims of liability or injury against the instructors or RishikaYoga. • RishikaYoga is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during or as a result of participation in the classes. 7. Code of Conduct: • RishikaYoga reserves the right to deny access to classes or terminate a student’s enrollment if they fail to comply with the terms and conditions or engage in disrespectful or disruptive behavior. 8. Modification of Terms: • RishikaYoga reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Students will be informed of any changes before the start of a month, and continued participation will imply acceptance of the updated terms. By making a payment, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions, agreeing to comply with all policies and practices outlined above.
